| New Clinic about to Open! Brother Roy and his staff have been hard at work getting ready for the opening of the new clinic at India Gospel Mission. The purpose is to provide affordable mostly outpatient medical care to low income and poor who live in the State of Kerala in the city of Trivandrum. The facility is not designed to do everything for these people but provide both minor emergency care and health education. Trivandrum is a large city and it has hospitals but many still can not afford the care. This new clinic will make access to doctors easier and affordable to much of the poor in Trivandrum. We are planning free clinics on several days of the month for the completely destitute. This clinic will be open to everyone who needs help. It will be a place where we will treat people of every religion. Our hope is to show the love of Christ to the people and that India Gospel Mission is truly interested in helping people of every faith with the basic needs of life. If you have any medical experience, as a doctor, nurse or other medical practitioner we invite you to contact us arrange for a medical outreach by coming to our clinic to help. You can come for a weekend, week, month or year; whatever God has put on your heart! |
